Gameday Gator ("the app") helps groups coordinate tailgates for game day. This policy explains what information we collect and how it's used.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name. Your name is used to display who you are to other members of your crew (for example, on RSVPs and item assignments).
When you use the app, the information you enter — such as crews you create or join, games, items, claims, and RSVPs — is stored so it can sync across your devices and be shared with members of your crew.
How we use your information
We use this information solely to operate the app's features: to identify you to your crew, to sync your crew's plans across devices, and to let crew members coordinate tailgates together. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How your information is stored
The app uses Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) to store and sync your data. Your information is held on Firebase's secure servers and is subject to Google's privacy and security practices. Data you create within a crew is visible to other members of that crew.
Data sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the app's functionality through our service provider, Google Firebase. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained while you use the app. If you would like your account information or data deleted, contact us at the email below and we will remove it.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
